INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT<\/h2>

Right of withdrawal:<\/h3>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. A return of goods within 14 days is only possible if the goods have not been used, are in an unchanged condition, and have not been opened. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by you, take possession of the goods.<\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or explicitly personalized, which have been produced according to your specifications.<\/p>

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email to: info@impresscase.com<\/a>). You may use the model withdrawal form.<\/p>

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>

Effects of withdrawal:<\/h3>

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.<\/p>

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
Please return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.<\/p>

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/p>

Complaints \/ Warranty Claims<\/h2>

If the goods are non-compliant with the contract, the Customer may request a remedy in the form of:<\/p>

  1. Bringing the goods into conformity with the contract by free repair,<\/li>
  2. Exchange for a new product,<\/li>
  3. Appropriate price reduction or withdrawal from the contract (refund of money and goods) if repair or exchange is impossible or would involve excessive costs.<\/li><\/ol>

    IMPORTANT!<\/strong> The Customer loses the right to claim warranty if they do not notify the Seller within 2 months from discovering the non-compliance of the goods with the contract.<\/p>

    Within this period, the Customer should notify the Seller by email of their intention to make a claim by completing, signing, and sending a scanned copy of the goods claim form to info@impresscase.com<\/a>.<\/p>

    The goods must be accompanied by the original completed and signed claim form and a copy of the proof of purchase. The Consumer bears the cost of returning the goods to the Seller.<\/p>

    The packaging and transport of returned goods must correspond to the nature of the item. The product should be properly packed and secured (place the box in paper first, then seal with tape). Goods damaged during transport due to improper packaging by the Customer are not eligible for return or exchange.<\/p>

    The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days from the day of receiving the package with the claimed goods.<\/p>

    Refunds are made via bank transfer to the account number provided in the goods return form.<\/p>

    IMPORTANT!<\/strong> The Seller does not accept cash-on-delivery packages or shipments sent via parcel lockers.<\/p>
